Our policy lasts 14 days. The parts that you have ordered online via motorparts can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For returns, you must contact us via the contact form, by email or call us on 073-7114789.
To complete your return, we need a return request.
You can find this as follows:
1) Log in to your motorparts-online account page
2) Go to My Orders
3) Click on View Order
4) Select the item and enter a reason
5) You will receive confirmation of your return with the address details to which you must send your part.
The return costs are for your own account unless it is an error of motorparts-online.com. There are certain situations where only partial refund are granted (if applicable) -
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items that you cannot return are products that have been modified in accordance with your specifications; Consult the general conditions for more information or contact us via the contact page.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Products must be returned in the same condition as received. In the event of damage or deviation, a number of costs can be deducted.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially placed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to trade in your part for the same part, send us an email at email@example.com or call us on 073-7114789
To return your product, you must follow the aforementioned steps to obtain all the necessary information.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the costs of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you ship an item that is more expensive than € 75, consider using a traceable shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
