When will I receive my order?
The parts we sell are stored at different locations. We always try to send your part within 3 days. The expected delivery time is shown at the part page. The expected delivery time can be different for each part.
Is it possible to change my address information?
This is only possible if you contact our helpdesk. You can send a message in our contact page or you can call our helpdesk.
Will i receive an order confirmation?
After your order, we will send you an email with your invoice, track and trace code and dealer information.
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes that is possible. Please fill in our return form (found in the footer of this website). After filling in the form you can send the part back.
