Bestellen
Op de productpagina heeft u de mogelijkheid het land van bestemming aan te geven en om het onderdeel aan uw winkelmand toe te voegen door op de groene knop: 'In winkelmand' te klikken. Vervolgens vult u uw gegevens in en kiest u bezorg- en betaalvoorkeuren. Vul je gegevens in en kies je bezorg- en betaalvoorkeuren.
Rond de bestelling af door op de knop: 'Bestelling Afronden' te klikken.
Leveren
Welke bezorgopties kun je kiezen?
Bij verzenden heeft u twee opties waar u uit kunt kiezen:
- Bezorgen
- Afhalen
Bezorgen
Al onze onderdelen worden verzonden door verschillende couriers. Dit hangt af van naar welk land het verzonden moet worden, wat voor onderdeel het is en welke handelaar dit onderdeel verkoopt. Alle onderdelen worden keurig ingepakt en afgeschermd. Hierbij ontvangt u een Track en Trace code waarmee u uw pakket kunt volgen.
De meeste onderdelen heeft u binnen drie dagen in huis. Alle getoonde verkoopprijzen zijn inclusief BTW, maar exclusief verzendkosten. Deze verzendkosten staan vermeld op de productpagina. In de winkelmand ziet u precies wat de verzendkosten voor uw bestelling zijn voordat uw bestelling definitief is geplaatst.
Bent u niet thuis? Dat wordt het pakketje op maandag t/m vrijdag (indien mogelijk) afgeleverd bij je buren. Of de bezorger komt de volgende dag nog eens langs (m.u.v. het weekend). Wil je dit niet? Kies van voor 'Ophalen'
Ik heb geen Orderbevestiging ontvangen
Zodra je bij het afronden van de bestelling op de knop "plaats bestelling" drukt wordt er een orderbevestiging verstuurd naar je mailadres. Als je deze niet hebt ontvangen controleer je spambox, of het gebruikte mailadres. Nog niets tegengekomen? Neem anders contact op met onze klantenservice.
Track & Trace
Nadat het pakket ons magazijn verlaten heeft, volg je het via de track & trace link op de website van de bezorgdienst van uw bestelling. U vindt deze link op uw account pagina op www.motorparts-online.com/account
Ik heb mijn pakket niet ontvangen
U verwacht een pakketje maar deze is niet geleverd door ons. Dat is vervelend, maar geen zorgen. Check eerst de onderstaande punten:
Check de Track & Trace code van het pakket
Op uw account pagina vindt u de Track & Trace code. Controleer via deze link op de Track & Trace pagina of de tijdvakindicatie van de levering mogelijk is verschoven.
Check het bezorgadres
Klopt het bezorgadres dat u heeft ingevuld?
Check de brievenbus
Heeft u een Niet thuis-bericht ontvangen? Mogelijk is je pakket bij de buren bezorgd of heeft de bezorger een nieuw bezorgmoment ingepland. Mocht u dan alsnog geen pakket ontvangen, neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice.
Mijn product is beschadigd geleverd
Dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling. Lees hier wat je kunt doen.
Afhalen
Haalt u uw bestelling liever zelf op? Dit kunt u bij bestellen aangeven, en na het plaatsen de bestelling krijgt u de adresgegevens van de handelaar doorgestuurd.
